If you have a complaint to raise, there 2 ways you can deliver your complaint:
1. You can speak directly to a senior member of staff within the Dental Practice. You should do this as soon as possible. Staff will be pleased to discuss your concerns with you and may be able to deal with matters straight away. Your complaint will be documented and brought to the attention of senior staff so that the service can be reviewed.
